Full Stack Developer

• Build, test, and deliver new features across the Konnectify platform, both frontend and backend
• Take ownership of modules and deliverables, working independently and with the team
• Develop user interfaces with ReactJS and Next.js for a seamless user experience
• Design, implement, and maintain backend services using Node.js and NestJS
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to turn ideas into real products
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices across the stack
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, suggest improvements, and help shape technical decisions

• 1-3 years’ experience in full stack development, or relevant internship/product development experience
• Hands-on expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
• Proven ability to handle both frontend and backend tasks
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
• Experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Comfortable working with Git and modern version control workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently
• Clear communicator who’s proactive about updates, blockers, and feedback.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Preferrably GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD tools
• Experience with SaaS, integration platforms, or workflow automation
• Experience with automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright.)
