Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled QA Tester with a minimum of 1 year of experience in both manual and automation testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing processes.
Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing on various software applications to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
Execute test cases, analyze test results, and report findings to the development team.
Participate in the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to software testing.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in manual testing and automation testing.
Proficiency in testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.
Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent are a plus.
